Shipping & Delivery

Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days out of our US warehouse.  US orders will typically arrive within 3-7 business days and Canadian or Internatioanl Orders will typically take 4-10 business days, depending on where you live. We are not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays.

Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and none of your personal information will be shared with third parties and will be used solely for your transactions or announcements with LOVINAH. 

Returns & Replacements

Missing Items, Damaged Items: Please inform us within 3 business days of the delivery if there are any problems with your order. Clearance items, including Out of Box items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Shipping charges cannot be refunded - the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund total. All sales are final.

Proof Of Purchase

We can only offer returns for damaged items purchased from LOVINAH website. A valid proof of purchase is required and will need to be submitted with your Return Request. All sales are final. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Prices and availability are subject to change.Occasionally, prices of certain items in our catalog may change before we have a chance to update them online. If your order is affected, we will contact you to confirm an updated price before shipping. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
